SURRRRRGGGEE! I’m not kidding. I review Surge, the discontinued drink from 1997 – 2003. My friends at Surge Movement have tapped an untouched box of Surge soda concentrate and were selling them on eBay for a fundraiser. Bought some. Combining it with club soda, I get fresh Surge to try for you! The 90’s called and they want their soda back.
