I’ve been a long-time fan of Ruffles brand chips, but I can’t recall ever having a flavored version of their chips. A surprising fact that even as I type this, I’m not sure I believe, since I’m a huge fan of BBQ chips. Still, I don’t believe I’ve had anything other than maybe some Sour Cream & Onion or Sour Cream & Cheddar.
At a local grocery store which you probably don’t have near you, I found a bag of Loaded Chili & Cheese chips by Ruffles, so I had to give it a shot.
Without a doubt, I’m extremely impressed by the result.
If you gave me this bag without any writing on it, I’d bite into a few and immediately tell you that it’s chili & cheese.
Not only are the flavors distinct, they’re also evenly mixed. Not too much chili, not too much cheese.
The bag I purchased (and decimated along with fellow GuysNation writer J-Day) was a 99 cent / 2 ouncer… but I’m going to be looking for a bigger bag of these as I next go shopping, and if you like chili and cheese, I’d recommend you do the same.
