Big E – 35:1

The New Day are doing great things as a team, and it’s obvious that Big E has what it takes to be the top guy in WWE. I would think they would want to build him up as more of a threat in the singles realm before giving him the big belt, but stranger things have happened. Putting the World Title on Big E would mess up the chemistry of The New Day, so I really don’t see it happening. And yet, it seems considerably more likely than some of the aforementioned options.

Braun Strowman – 33:1

I’m not sure the last time I even saw Strowman in a singles match, and I’m almost positive that I’ve never heard him on the mic, but The Authority could easily make an evil alliance with The Wyatt Family, and Strowman could be the option they go with, having Bray Wyatt do most of his talking for him. It’s not a good option, but it opens up a ton of possibilities for WrestleMania, and he’s absolutely believable as a nearly indestructible force.

Sami Zayn – 30:1

The guy has no problems getting the WWE Universe warmed up to him. He’s an amazing performer the likes of which come along so rarely that they might want to make use of him before he gets hurt again. Sure, if a babyface is going to win the belt, Sami Zayn isn’t at the top of the list, but the odds do exist for it to happen.

Shinsuke Nakamura – 30:1

Not familiar with the name? International audiences are, and he’s a great performer who could easily thrive with the right mouthpiece, especially if the people talking for him are The Authority. Also, it’s about time that WWE treated a Japanese competitor as a serious threat after all the time they’ve spent the past 20 years treating great performers like jokes.
