In what seems to be an annual tradition to go bigger every year, Activision and Treyarch have recently released details on the Collectors Editions for Call Of Duty Black Ops 2.  Once again, if you’ve got money to spend, Activision has you covered.  With each release, it seems there’s one edition that has some crazy things in it and Black Ops 2 is no different.  If you’re not interested in just the standard 60 dollar game, you now have 2 more options: Hardened and the appropriately named Care Package Edition.  Lets take a closer look at what you’re getting in each.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 – Hardened Edition Price: $79.99 USD

For twenty dollars more, the Hardened Edition gives you a number of items including a steelbook case to keep the game in, limited edition “challenge coins” which have the code the unlocks all of the digital content included, a couple of Xbox Live Avatar items (Zombies outfit, Claw prop), both the Nuketown Zombie map and the Nuketown 2025 map, player card backgrounds, exclusive weapon camos, and the game’s soundtrack from Jack Wall and the title theme from Trent Reznor.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 – Care Package Edition Price: $179.99 USD

Here it is, the heavy hitter and for those of you that have a little money to throw around.  The Care Package edition comes with everything above but that’s not all!  You’re also getting a couple of themes and this year’s big-ticket item: the MO-27 Dragon Fire Drone With Remote Control.  Looks like Treyarch wanted to top that remote controlled car they created for Black Ops and what better way to do that than with a flying quadrotor drone?  Not only that, all of this content comes in a big trunk looking container which will at least be a little bigger than the size of the drone.  From the released video, it looks to be a pretty decent sized.  Take a look here.
