It could be a week of firsts for the Washington Wizards.  The Wizards got their first winning streak of the season Monday when they beat the Utah Jazz, 108-101.  The Wizards’ win was also their first victory over a team with a winning record this season.

Rookie John Wall led the Wiz with 19 points and a career-high 15 assists.  Nick Young added 25 points and Andray Blatche filled up the box score for his 10th consecutive double double with 21 points, 11 rebounds, 3 assists, 3 steals, and 4 blocks.

Wednesday in Milwaukee, Washington goes for its first road win of the season.  The Wizards are 0-19 on the road and 12-8 at Verizon Center.
