Leading up to this Royal Rumble, WWE made a big deal about the past records from the history of the event. They had a list of the guys who stayed in the match the longest, the most eliminations, the guy who stayed in the ring the shortest, and quite a few other things.
I kept track of some of the statistics for the 2011 Royal Rumble, and while these numbers certainly aren’t official, I think some of you are going to find this information interesting.

How do these stack up against what you calculated? I see you gave Punk one less elimination than Cena:

The “time in Rumble” was decent, considering I didn’t have a stop watch and was going based on the “90 seconds per entrance” and doing a quick flash judgment of how long a guy was eliminated prior to the next guy showing up.
For the Top 10 Longest Spans, I was 3 minutes off on CM Punk… though I don’t know if they calculated that Nexus/Corre brawling time. That’s the one I was most confused about. For Cena, I was off by two minutes, but once the entrances stopped, I didn’t have a great grasp on time, so it was a very rough estimate.
Wade Barrett I was almost dead on with.
Kofi Kingston I was off by 30 seconds, and the same with Husky Harris, McGillicutty and Santino. I missed by a minute with Sheamus and Daniel Bryan, and 2 minutes on Mysterio.
Since my official stats that I kept are at home, I don’t have information about the “middle 20″, but I can talk to the “bottom 10″. That was tough, since most of those guys didn’t last a minute. I did somehow screw up on Khali, JTG, Kane, Chris Masters, and Big Show, since I somehow thought that Chavo was eliminated in a shorter time than those guys (and I was DEAD ON with Chavo’s 2 minutes). I was TOTALLY wrong on Big Show, who I thought had 90 seconds but actually they said 3 minutes.
I’ll look at the elimination stuff later.
